Under the authority of section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to:

1) appoint Heather Dunford to the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division as a full-time Commissioner, for a five-year term, effective March 4, 2019, in accordance with a contract of employment subject to final review and approval by the Clerk of the Executive Council; and

2)  set remuneration for Heather Dunford at $90,000, with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place Ms. Dunford at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective as of the date of appointment, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases to apply.
