Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $8,000,000 in 2019-20 and $8,158,625 in 2020-21, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the award of a contract to JMJ Holdings Ltd. for the construction of the new Coley’s Point Primary School in Bay Roberts.
