Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $3,959,520 in 2019-20 and $4,078,306 in 2020-21, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the award of three contracts for South Coast Ferry Services to Puddister Shipping Ltd..
