Under the authority of section 39 of the Schedule to the Labrador Mining and Exploration Company, Ltd. Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue Surface Lease 2019-01 to Labrador Iron Ore Royalty Corporation, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
