Under the authority of section 39(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to direct the Board of Directors of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation to proceed with the planning, design, construction, and contribution activities pertaining to a new 230 kV transmission line project between Churchill Falls and Labrador West as described in the Labrador West Transmission Exemption Order.
