Under the authority of paragraph 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Western Regional Service Board to issue a design-build Request for Proposals to select a supplier to design and construct solid waste transfer infrastructure for the Western Region in accordance with Section 9 of the Public Tender Regulations, 1998, under the Public Tender Act.
