Under the authority of section 10 of An Act to Amend the Consumer Protection and Business Practices Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim An Act to Amend the Consumer Protection and Business Practices Act into force on April 1st, 2019.
