Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 20 of the Buildings Accessibility Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Building Accessibility Appeal Tribunal, with effect from a current date, for two-year terms:

a) Michael Duffy, Chairperson;
b) Derrick House, Vice-Chairperson;
c) Mandy Penney;
d) Emily Mayne; and
e) Stephen Burbridge.
