Under the authority of subsection 22(4) of the Human Rights Act, 2010, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Judy White as chairperson of the Human Rights Commission on a personal basis, with effect from a current date, for a five-year term, with remuneration in accordance with paragraph 4(a) of the Treasury Board Guidelines for Rates of Remuneration for Boards, Commissions and Agencies.
