Under the authority of section 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to transfer the functions related to the disbursement of funds to the National Student Service Centre for student financial assistance currently performed by the Student Loan Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador to the Department of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour, Student Financial Services Division.
