Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to transfer the functions related to collection of defaulted student loans currently performed by the Student Loan Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador to the Department of Finance, Tax Administration Division.
