Under the authority of subsection 357(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution of a Release of a Debenture formerly held by the dissolved Bishop’s Falls Development Corporation to Proweld Industries Inc., substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, subject to the form of Release to be approved by the Department of Justice and Public Safety and on conditions that the Attorney General may determine.
