Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funding in the amount of $865,000 against its 2014-15 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Rocan Mechanical Ltd. related to the Bio-Safety Hood Ventilation Modifications associated with the Labrador West Health Care Centre.
