Under the authority of section 17 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to negotiate and accept settlements of debt with the Town of Trinity Bay North, Ocean Choice International, and Atlantic Marine Products regarding arrears on the industrial water system account for $380,582, for $220,096, and for $5,453, respectively.
