Under the authority of section 89 of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015, and on the recommendation of the House of Assembly Management Commission, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Victoria Woodworth-Lynas as Information and Privacy Commissioner, in an acting capacity, effective March 21, 2019, with salary at EP-10, Step 1, until the position is filled on a permanent basis by resolution of the House of Assembly.
