Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services & Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close the section of abandoned highway reservation known as Route 60, measuring 297.47 square metres as outlined and described in the survey plan and description attached as Annex B of the Minister’s submission, and to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to transfer title to the same to Anthony Gardiner and Theresa Gardiner subject to those terms and conditions as the Minister may prescribe.
