Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University of Newfoundland to maintain and keep in proper order and condition, alter, repair, renovate and furnish the Johnson Geo Centre following Memorial University of Newfoundland’s acquisition by gift of the Johnson Geo Centre.
