Under the authority of section 19 of the Endangered Species Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue an Economic Activity Permit to NSP Maritime Link Inc. in respect of activities related to the construction of the Maritime Transmission Link and to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to attach conditions to, amend, or revoke the Economic Activity Permit.
