Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Health and Community Services, effective April 8, 2019, with four branches as follows:

a) Corporate Services;
b) Policy, Planning and Performance Monitoring;
c) Population Health; and
d) Regional Services.
