Under the authority of subsection 381(1) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint:

a) the Director of the Commercial Registrations Division as the Registrar of Companies; and
b) the Deputy Registrars of the Commercial Registrations Division as the Deputy Registrars of Companies.
