Under the authority of section 16 of the Co-operatives Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint:

a) the Director of the Commercial Registrations Division as the Registrar of Co-operatives; and
b) the Deputy Registrars of the Commercial Registrations Division as the Deputy Registrars of Co-operatives.
