Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby revokes direction contained in OC2009-036 authorizing a transfer of land in Spaniard’s Bay to Gary Roberts and authorizes the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell the section of abandoned highway located in the Town of Spaniard’s Bay, more particularly described in documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, on those terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
