Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to close a section of Bison Cove Road located in the Town of Old Perlican, more particularly described in documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council and to transfer it to the Town of Old Perlican, subject to those terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
