Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell a 6.73 acre parcel of surplus vacant land that forms part of the College of the North Atlantic–Seal Cove Campus, more particularly described in documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to the Town of Conception Bay South, on those terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
