Under the authority of section 4 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University of Newfoundland to purchase the infrastructure and maintain and keep in proper order and condition, alter, repair, renovate and furnish the Pye Centre for Northern Boreal Food Systems.
