Under the authority of section 4.1 of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to exempt Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-electric Corporation from its obligations under section 38 of the Public Utilities Act, which requires approval to discontinue service to Little Bay Islands.
