Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to sell the Harbour Grace Courthouse and adjacent parcel of surplus land, as outlined in documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to the Republic of Newfoundland and Labrador Brewery Ltd. for $1 and $53,320 respectively, on the terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
