Under the authority of sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Housing Corporation Act and in

accordance with paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments Commission

Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint the following

persons as members of the Board of Directors for the Newfoundland and Labrador

Housing Corporation, for one additional three-year term, effective from a current

date:

a) Karen Alexander;

b) Derrick House;

c) David Loveys, as Vice-Chairperson;

d) Colin O’Brien; and

e) Fraser Piccott, as representative of persons with disabilities in the province.
