Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act
Under the authority of subsection 24(2) of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to approve the appointment of Scott Tessier as Chief Executive Officer of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board as recommended by the Board, for a six-year term.
