Under the authority of section 39 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to direct the board of directors of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro, as shareholder of Lower Churchill Development Corporation Limited, to take all measures necessary to effect the appointment of Mr. Ken Marshall as a director and Acting Chairperson of the board of directors of Lower Churchill Development Corporation Limited.
