Under the authority of section 6 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Honourable Trevor Taylor as the Acting Minister of Transportation and Works and Acting Minister Responsible for Labrador Affairs, in addition to his responsibilities as Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development and Minister Responsible for the Rural Secretariat, effective January 4, 2007.
