Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Laurie Skinner as Assistant Deputy Minister – Business Investment in the Department of Business, effective January 29, 2007, with salary at $105,000 with general salary increases applicable to assistant deputy ministers, as approved, to apply.
