Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Bill Duggan as Assistant Deputy Minister – Employment Support in the Department of Municipal Affairs, effective April 13, 2006, with salary at an appropriate step on the 1262 Point Scale, with a job description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat for classification purposes that will not negatively impact Mr. Duggan’s salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective the date of his appointment where applicable.
