Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation to pre-commit funding up to $1,000,000 against its 2007-08 budgetary appropriations for the purposes of tourism advertising in the fiscal year 2007-08.
