Under the authority of section 13.1 of the Fatalities Investigations Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the Child Death Review Committee, each for a term of three years:
a) Ms. Ellen Oliver (Chairperson);
b) Ms. Janine A. Evans (Vice-Chairperson);
c) Dr. Robert F. Morris;
d) Dr. Victoria A. Crosbie;
e) Ms. Lorraine M. Burrage;
f) Mr. Barry Constantine; and
g) Ms. Noreen Careen,
effective on the date of publication of a proclamation bringing into force An Act to Amend the Fatalities Investigations Act, Statutes of Newfoundland and Labrador 2012, Chapter 27.
