Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the respective departments, mainly Transportation and Works, Natural Resources and Health and Community Services, to pre-commit funds totalling $4,560,250 against their respective budgetary appropriations over the two year period commencing with the signing of the helicopter services contract in February 2007.
