Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign a contribution agreement with Citizenship and Immigration Canada for the development of a Newfoundland and Labrador immigration website portal, along the lines of the draft agreement attached to the Minister’s submission and with amendments to identify correctly the title of the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs.
