Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Barry Snow as Executive Director of Ireland Business Partnerships, effective February 26, 2007, with salary to be set initially at $83,000, with a position description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Mr. Snow’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective February 26, 2007, where applicable.
