Under the authority of section 29.1 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Rules entitled, “Provincial Court Family Rules, 2007,” a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, for publication no later than March 1, 2007.
