Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint the Honourable Shawn Skinner to the Executive Council of the Province as the Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, Minister Responsible for Persons with Disabilities, Minister Responsible for the Labour Relations Agency and Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, with effect from October 30, 2007.
