Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Nellie Burke as the Executive Director, Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism in the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, effective July 30, 2007, at her current salary, with general salary increases to apply in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, and with a position description to be forwarded by Ms. Burke to the Public Service Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Ms. Burke’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective July 30, 2007, where applicable.
