Under the authority of section 12 of the Pippy Park Commission Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Ric Mercer as Executive Director of the Pippy Park Commission, effective April 2, 2007, with salary at Step 20 on the 752 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with a position description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Mr. Mercer’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective April 2, 2007, where applicable.
