Under the authority of subsection 4(5) or 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, as determined by the Minister of Transportation and Works following consultation with the Department of Government Services and Fortis Properties Corporation, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 1,756 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Government Services, Occupational Health and Safety in the Fortis Towers, Corner Brook, NL, on either a month to month basis or a fixed term to June 30, 2007 under the existing terms and conditions, either at the rental rate of $16.85 per square foot pursuant to subsection 4(5) of the Public Tender Act or at an increased rental rate no greater than 15% of the existing rental rate pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act.
