Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign the Letter of Agreement to conduct a high-resolution aeromagnetic survey of the Gullbridge Area with Natural Resources Canada along the lines of the Letter of Agreement attached to the Minister’s Submission.
