Under the authority of section 2 of An Act to Amend the Judgment Enforcement Act, SNL2006 c44, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor the bring the Act into force upon publication in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
