Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Marvin McNutt as Assistant Deputy Minister on Special Assignment as understudy to the Assistant Deputy Minister - Public Protection and Support Services in the Department of Justice, effective March 7, 2007, with salary to be determined at an appropriate step on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, and with Mr. McNutt’s appointment as Assistant Deputy Minister - Public Protection and Support Services in the Department of Justice to be effective the date of the retirement of the current incumbent, with no change in salary.
