Under the authority of section 12 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint/reappoint the following individuals to the Advisory Council on Occupational Health and Safety, effective from a current date:

                  i)   Mr. Bob Pike, reappointed as Management Representative for a three-year term;

                 ii)   Ms. Sue Anne Thistle, appointed as Management Representative for a three-year term;

               iii)   Mr. Woodrow French, appointed as Management Representative for a three-year term;

                iv)   Mr. Jim Skinner, reappointed as Labour Representative for a three-year term;

                 v)   Ms. Cynthia Burke, reappointed as Labour Representative for a three-year term;

                vi)   Mr. Mike Power, appointed as Labour Representative for a three-year term;

               vii)   Ms. Margie Hancock, appointed as Co-Chair for a three-year term;

               viii)  Mr. Wayne Pardy, appointed as Chairperson for a three-year term; and

                iv)    Mr. Doug Carter, Manager of Standards and Regulatory Review, Occupational Health and Safety Division, appointed as Secretary.
