Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Harry Harding as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, with effect from January 19, 2007.
