Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Terry French as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, with effect from January 19, 2007.
