Under the authority of section 15 of An Act to Establish the Council on Higher Education, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring the Act into force upon publication in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
